Do you log any data?

- When you become our customer and purchase a plan, the only information we store about you is your API key, the time it was last used, and its expiry timestamp. No other information about you is stored in our databases.

How many chains can I access per plan?

- You can access all chains that we are operating. All plans include all chains.

Can I purchase a 1-day plan?

- Our ordering system is based on seconds, so you can order how many seconds as you'd like whether this would be a month or a day is completely up to you. We do not offer discounts for purchasing a higher volume.

Are subscriptions renewed?

- No, our plans are pre-paid. Meaning that if you do not renew your API key, it will become invalid and stop working. If you want to ensure smooth access to the blockchain, make sure to purchase for a longer period of time.

What happens if I lose my API key?

- Since we do not have any personally identifiable information tied to a key we cannot recover a lost key, simply because there is no prove that any person owns a key, not even if you prove that you own the wallet that paid for the plan due to the way payments are processed.

How are payments processed?

- Payments are processed via blockchain smart contracts. A payment transaction provides the hashed API key, and a plan that they would like to purchase. The plan is appended to the API key hash and whoever uses the original API key will now have access to this plan.
