We process blockchain transaction details to deliver our service, and fulfill accounting obligations. Processing for these purposes is either necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations or to comply with legal requirements.

Support and Incident Reporting

We handle emails and incident reports submitted through our application for the purpose of providing support, solving issues, and answering queries. This processing is justified by our legitimate interest in assisting you.

Public blockchain data

We process and store blockchain data made to our smart contracts which includes wallet address, and the amount paid to provide our service and to fulfill accounting requirements. However, do note that this data is already public from the start and this section only serves as a disclosure that we use this data.

Certain information is required to be kept longer in compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting requirements.

Support and Incident Reports Related communications are archived post-resolution and automatically deleted after six months.

Transfers to Non-EU/EEA Countries

We do not transfer personal data outside of the EU/EEA.

Automated Decision Making

Our processes do not involve automated profiling.

Rights of Individuals

Under certain conditions, you have the right to request the modification or deletion of your data, restrict its processing, and acquire data portability. You can object to data processing based on our legitimate interests anytime. Note that for most requests, we might not be able to provide you with data, especially since we do not store identifiable information except for necessary payment data, which cannot be disclosed for identification purposes as per GDPR Article 11.
